Shipping policy

At Lychee, we carefully pack every order with love and send it on its way to you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

New Zealand Shipping Only

We currently ship throughout New Zealand where the following rates will apply:

North Island: $10

South Island: $15

Free Shipping: Orders over $150

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, sales, or new collection launches, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Rural Delivery

If your order is being delivered to a rural address, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the courier service and destination.

Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout, including your RD number where applicable.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location, courier delays and other circumstances outside our control.

As a general guide:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • South Island: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Please allow a little extra time during weekends, public holidays and busy periods.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside our direct control. If your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help track it down.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel needs to be re-sent, additional shipping charges may apply.
