Shipping policy
Order Confirmation
Once you’ve completed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@lychee.co.nz
If you haven’t received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please let us know and we will look into it for you.
Order Dispatch
All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched on public holidays; orders placed on these days will be sent out within 24 hours of the next business day. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking reference.
Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from Lychee are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Online Order Collection
If you live local to the Kapiti Coast, you can also order online and collect from Paraparaumu Beach. The address will be supplied once the order is complete. We will email or call you once your order is ready for collection.

We ship within New Zealand only.
We offer free shipping on orders over $200
North Island Shipping: $12 - South Island & Rural Shipping: $15
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days, depending on your destination and requirements. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as we are made aware and keep you updated with the status of the order.
